"A Tough Day"

Yestarday the Rogers had a great but long day.  We started the day at Touch-A-Truck.  Talk About Giving, one of our initiatives at work, had a vendor booth and I went out to help.  Luckily, Clark decided last minute to join us, so he got to touch trucks with Elizabeth, and keep her pretty occupied at the jumpy house.

From Touch a Truck we headed over to Williams Brice Stadium to watch the Spring Game with the Wrights.

 Maddax wasnt as excited about pictures as Elizabeth was...

 We got to sit right next to the band! Clark wasn't as thrilled about this as E was...but we all had a great time!

Next we headed to the baseball game with MiMi, Booker, & Laura Cole.  About the fifth inning, Elizabeth started asking when we were going home.  She was pooped.  The sun was bright and it was hot, so we were all glad when it finally dropped and we got some relief.

 Everyone enjoying Cocky dancing...at a safe distance of course.  Between the two games, E snacked on goldfish, snow-cone, pretzels, nachos, dipping dots, and a fruit smoothie.

After the baseball game we headed to MiMi and Bookers to watch a movie and eat some dinner.  As were were leaving, Elizabeth told us, "Mommy, today was a tough day." HA! Tough day....if only everyday was so tough!
