And July is over....

We wrapped up July with a weekend on the lake and some time with family.  The Wrights, one of our most favorite friendsweconsiderfamily invited us out to spend some time on good ole Lake Murray.  We have spent lots of time at the pool, but not so much out on the lake.  It was the best day.  Elizabeth wore a silly smile on her face The. Whole. Day.  Then on the way home she asked when we were going to get a boat.  I told her we got a baby sister instead.  She said she would rather have a boat...

 Hannah did so great considering she had to wear this life jacket the whole day.  She loved having new faces to play with.

 Hannah has one partial tooth poking through, and has decided that means she can eat/drink what anyone around her is eating/drinking...good thing Booker has better sense than Hannah.

 Laura Elizabeth.  My beautiful baby is a little girl...She seems so grown.  We are having some tough times right now in regards to respect/manners/courtesy.  She is such a smart and fun little girl...full of energy, full of love...but there are days she wears me out and has me questioning every decision I make.  Hard to imagine that with a face this sweet, huh?? 

 This picture makes me laugh.  Two kids pouting because they can't agree on a game (this pic was taken literally two minutes after the picture above.  Moods change quick around here).

August has lots of exciting things in store for us.  Birthday celebrations, trips to visit cousins, school starting back, kickoff to football season, and a end of the season vacay with the Switzers (our first annual Switzgers getaway!! It's official, we have koozies).  So stay tuned!
