JLR @ 8 months

Julia-Lane got baptized on her eight month birthday.  It was a special day for our family.  She (and our whole family actually) is blessed with such wonderful family and friends.  Here are some pictures from the day...

Sweet Julia-Lane

 We decided to bless our little girl with TWO Godmothers.  Lucky lady.  My dearest friend Sarah is one of her Godmothers and her Aunt Sallie, who she shares a birthday with, is her other.  Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of Julia-Lane with Aunt Sallie...or very many people at all.  Most of our family and friends were recovering from the flu, cold, stomach bug, etc.  We didn't get all the plans finalized until the day before b/c we were not sure who would be well enough to make it!  Luckily, most of the most important people did!

 At eight months old, Julia-Lane is all smiles.  She is crawling everywhere...and loves to hunt for little pieces of food that her sisters drop, toys that she could totally choke on, shoes...anything really that I don't want for her to put in her mouth.

 She has two teeth on the top and two teeth on the bottom.  She doesn't do too well with the baby puffs, but is enjoying the Baby Mum Mum Rice Rusks.  She is in LOVE with her sisters, and everything that is theirs. This has led to some good hits on the head, snatches, and pushes from big sister Hannah...who is really not enjoying her sister at the moment.  But Julia-Lane still adores her anyways!

 When everyone was sick we sort of fell off the good sleep band wagon...and are desperately trying to get back on.  I am not very successful getting her to sleep, but Clark is great at it.  Fingers crossed she is a great sleeper like sweet Hannah in the VERY near future!
