SKY Vacation Bible School

Two weeks ago, Elizabeth and I spent 5 fun-filled evenings at St. Francis for her first VBS.  She loved it, and so did I! We both met some really nice people, and just had so much fun.  I wish I had been better about taking pictures.  I did get one, and hope that more will come in the soon that I can share.  The theme of the week was 'Everything is possible with God (Mark 10:27),' and each day we met a new Bible buddy who  taught us an important lesson.

Our Bible Buddies & some of our crafts
E praying during the nightly Bible lesson.
The singing/dancing & Bible lessons were her favorite part of each day, and we have been  jamming out to VBS songs in the car ever since.  It sure did make for a crazy and tiring week, but her love for learning about God, and the opportunity to make new friends has me thinking we may have to VBS at St. Francis & LMPC next year!

Will update more on August this week!  We've spent lots of time with family & friends, and will be doing more of the same in the coming weeks!  Life is so good!
