Wonderful Weekend

We had such a great weekend! Here are some highlights:

This is actually a typical morning event.  Clark loves frosted flakes & Elizabeth.  Elizabeth loves Clark & frosted flakes.  Every morning while Mommy gets ready, they eat a bowl of cereal together.  Part of me cringes at the amount of sugar she is getting, but it happens after she eats cheese toast on whole wheat bread with me, and how cute is this daddy daughter time that they get every morning. It is something special that just the two of them do.  A little sugar never killed anyone anyways, right?? 

After gym class, Elizabeth and Bryce (in her gym class) headed to Barnes and Noble for the St. Patty's Day Storytime. They had a blast sharing snacks they had brought from home(Korey and I chose to pass on the lucky charmes that they provided....I have to draw the line somewhere) and coloring.  We have decided to start a new playgroup that the moms are obviously more excited about than the girls!

After B&N, we headed to the mall to ride the carousel (sorry, phone picture).  She loved it!

She also got to experience Chick-Fil-A (luckily the healthy snacks filled her up...but she did eat one nugget and one french fry).

That afternoon we headed to the playground in our neighborhood, where Elizabeth played with sand...and then she decided she wanted to eat it, and we had to go home.

She got to spend time with Aunt Laura too! We are eating up any Aunt Laura time we can get since Mrs. Soon To Be Switzer will be moving to NY (tear....)

Sunday my dad, sister, Wes, and the boys (plus emily) joined us in Chapin.  There were 5 Adults & 5 Kids...lets just say it was noisey...but SO nice to see everyone.

Peyton and Elizabeth got to give each other lots of hugs!

Parker occupied himself with Tiger Woods on the Wii.  This fist pump was right after a good shot!

And we could not believe how big and cute Emily is getting! We had not seen her since Elizabeths birthday party...we are going to try are hardest to make sure that amount of time doesnt pass between visits again!
